Role Description
The Vice President of Business Development will oversee the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence. This is a full-time role based on-site in Pune City. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, leading sales efforts, conducting contract negotiations, and designing business plans to meet organizational goals. This leadership position requires cross-functional collaboration to align business development efforts with the company's strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and creating effective Business Planning strategies
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Sales, and closing deals with high success rates
- Experience in Account Management to maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster partnerships and growth
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying new revenue streams
- Prior experience in the automotive, eMobility, or similar industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
