Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Vice President Business Developement to lead global sales, marketing, and customer engagement for AEPL and AFL across key departments. This position requires technical expertise in process engineering, knowledge of global markets, and strong leadership skills. An interest in chemistry or chemical engineering is beneficial. The candidate will focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and international expansion by leveraging Amar's engineering strengths into global opportunities

Responsibilities

Develop and drive global business strategyto achieve growth and market penetration across key geographies.

Marketing Leadership

Manage, guide, and execute activities across key departments:

Domestic Sales & Marketing

International Sales & Marketing

Digital Marketing & Branding

Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and channels to expand our global footprint.

Lead theend-to-end sales, marketing, and customer engagement processwith a strong technical consultative approach.

Build, lead, and mentor ahigh-performing business development team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong engineering professional withBE Chemical.
  • 10 years of process engineer experience
  • Must be good in chemistry
  • Associated with an engineering company (EPC)
  • MBA preferred.
  • 1015 yearsof experience in Sales & Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Preferably handledP&L responsibilities of 100 Cr+.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience working in international markets; overseas assignments are a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
