About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Technology Leader who can drive the strategy, architecture, development, and scaling of AI-powered enterprise products and platforms.
Responsibilities
- AI & Product Leadership
- Define and execute the organization's AI and Product Development roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered enterprise products and platforms.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI, Conversational AI, LLM applications, and intelligent automation.
- Build scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify AI-led business transformation opportunities.
- Conversational AI & GenAI Initiatives
- Lead the development of:
- AI Chatbots
- Voice Bots
- AI Agents
- Knowledge-based AI Assistants
- Drive implementation of LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral, or similar ecosystems.
- Develop multilingual and Omni-channel conversational AI platforms.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI workflow orchestration systems.
- Product Development & Engineering
- Oversee product architecture, engineering, scalability, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Establish AI product frameworks, reusable components, APIs, and deployment standards.
- Lead cloud-native AI product development on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and mentor high-performing AI, Data Science, and Product Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Business teams for AI solution consulting.
- Manage partnerships with AI technology vendors and ecosystem partners.
- Drive innovation culture, research initiatives, and AI capability development across the organization.
- Strategy & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, trends, and competitive market offerings.
- Define GTM strategy for AI products and enterprise AI services.
- Participate in customer discussions, solution architecture, and strategic enterprise engagements.
- Contribute to patents, accelerators, frameworks, and IP creation.
Qualifications and Experience-
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- MBA or Product Management exposure will be an added advantage.
- 12-18 years.

- Strong understanding of scalable cloud infrastructure and AI deployment architecture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in IT Services, Cloud, Data Center, Digital Transformation, SaaS, or AI Product organizations.
- Prior experience in building enterprise AI platforms or AI-led SaaS products.
- Exposure to Telecom, ISP, Enterprise Automation, Customer Experience, or Managed Services domains will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-scale deployments and customer environments.
