Vice President of Architecture

The Vice President of Architecture will oversee all architectural aspects of projects, leading a team of architects, data modeling, software development, enterprise architecture, and project management.

Requirements
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead a team of designers, contractors, and project managers, providing guidance and
support throughout all project phases.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and
excellence in execution.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of craftsmanship
and finishes.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related
to end to end finishes.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage budgets for interior finish projects, monitoring expenses and
controlling costs effectively.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design integrity.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
regarding interior finishes.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges in a clear and timely
manner.
