Vice President- MEPF Projects

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale MEPF projects in the Real Estate / Infrastructure / EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MEPF project strategy and execution

- Align design, engineering, and site execution teams

- Handle vendor negotiations, cost control, and risk management

- Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement

- Ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEPF systems

- Conduct site inspections and quality audits

- Ensure compliance with codes, sustainability, and environmental standards

- Collaborate with top leadership on strategic planning

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15+ years of MEPF experience (minimum 5 years in leadership)

- Proven expertise in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects

- Strong leadership, team building, and vendor management skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
