Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Marketing leader with extensive experience in the automotive or mobility ecosystem to drive strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, and brand transformation.

This role will operate at a senior level, with responsibility for shaping long-term business strategy, driving revenue growth, and building high-impact marketing and partnership ecosystems across domestic and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and drive long-term business growth strategy, including new market entry, portfolio expansion, and adjacencies (EV, overall mobility, digital ecosystems)
- Own and influence P&L outcomes, revenue growth, and market share expansion
- Partner with leadership team on corporate strategy, transformation, and innovation agenda
- Directly reporting to CxO
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and lead strategic alliances, JVs, and partnerships (technology, distribution, mobility platforms)
- Drive institutional and large-account business across segments, with focus on B2B
- Expand international footprint and cross-border collaborations where relevant
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and customer experience transformation
- Oversee integrated marketing across ATL, digital, and experiential channels (at a strategic level, not execution-heavy)
- Build a strong customer-centric, data-driven marketing organization
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Drive macro and micro market insights, competitive intelligence, and future mobility trends
- Translate insights into strategic decisions for product, pricing, and go-to-market models
Organization & Stakeholder Leadership
- Build and lead high-performance cross-functional teams
- Engage with global stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership
- Drive alignment across sales, product, supply chain, and finance functions
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in automotive / mobility / industrial sectors is a must
- Proven experience in strategy, business development, and marketing leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, entering new markets, and driving transformation
- Strong exposure to global MNC environments and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Ability to operate at CXO / board level with strategic influence
