Job Description

  • Drive a balanced marketing charter across brand, digital, and product/ technical marketing
  • Strong revenue ownership alongside brand credibility building
  • Lead digital-first growth agenda, given past gaps in digital leadership performance
  • Manage CXO-level stakeholder relationships and collaborate with corporate teams
  • Oversee product marketing with a technical orientation, ideally backed by a science understanding
  • Build and scale integrated marketing strategy across channels

A Successful VP - Marketing Must Have

  • 15- 20 years of relevant experience across brand, digital and product marketing
  • Combined experience in healthcare/pharma + telecom/retail industry preferred
  • Strong digital marketing and revenue generation track record
  • Exposure to technical/product marketing, preferably in healthcare-related offerings
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders (CXOs) and cross-functional teams
  • Preferred science/technical background
  • MBA from a reputed B-School
