Job Brief
We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can shape our global brand and help us grow fast. This role leads our marketing strategy for banking and financial software. You will guide how the world sees our company and our products. You will help us win trust with banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies. You will own product marketing, demand generation, go-to-market plans, events, analyst relations, and branding. This role fits a leader who understands BFSI products, SaaS marketing, and AI-led marketing tools.
Responsibilities
Build and grow the company's global brand in the banking technology space.
Position the company as a trusted and credible lending technology partner.
Drive brand messaging, storytelling, and market visibility.
Increase CEO and leadership visibility at events, media, and analyst platforms.
Build a clear marketing strategy that supports revenue growth.
Use AI-based marketing tools to improve speed, reach, and outcomes.
Set clear marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
Lead product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for banking products.
Convert technical features into clear business outcomes for customers.
Lead product launches, product communication, and sales enablement.
Build GTM plans and demand-generation programs that support pipeline creation.
Partner with Sales to support enterprise deals and revenue targets.
Lead ABM campaigns and partner marketing.
Drive global events, exhibitions, webinars, and industry participation.
Own marketing communications, PR, digital channels, and social presence.
Lead SEO, SEM, automation, and digital marketing programs.
Engage with analysts like Gartner and Forrester to improve market ranking.
Build customer advocacy, case studies, testimonials, and references.
Work with channel partners on co-marketing programs.
Hire, mentor, and develop a strong marketing team.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI across programs.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree.
1520+ years of experience in marketing leadership(Mandatory)
Strong experience in B2B Software / SaaS / BFSI product marketing.
Experience with lending platforms or banking solutions (preferred) (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of new marketing trends, AI tools, and modern MarTech platforms.
Ability to build GTM, product marketing, and positioning for enterprise markets.
Proven experience leading demand generation and pipeline-building programs.
Strong storytelling, executive communication, and board-level presentation skills.
Ability to work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Strong background in digital marketing, ABM, PR, content, and analyst relations.
Ability to lead teams, scale functions, measure ROI, and manage budgets.
