The Vice President, Lead - Server Infrastructure, Technology and Operations will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the server infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the server systems while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the server infrastructure team to ensure high availability and performance of server systems.
• Develop and implement strategies for server infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
• Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in server operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align server infrastructure with business goals.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance server infrastructure capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 14-20 years of experience in server infrastructure and operations management.
• Proficient in server technologies including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
