Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and other hardware and software components.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, Data Centre , Disaster recovery and ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure complies with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards, and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Plan and manage the capacity of the IT infrastructure to meet growing demands and ensure scalability.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders; including business leaders, employees, and customers, to ensure that IT infrastructure changes are well understood and adopted.
- Manage the IT Governance
- Understand the regulatory framework and coordination
- Handling large branches setup by enabling tools to manage asset , patches etc. centrally
Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a Bank essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
