Job Description

The role will involve but not be limited to -

  • Develop a strong pipeline of highquality growthstage opportunities through industry networks, sector research, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with founders, bankers, advisors, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Lead end-to-end deal assessment including financial modelling, market analysis, unit economics, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Manage due diligence workstreams-commercial, financial, legal, operational, and technical.
  • Present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • Negotiate deal structures, terms, equity stakes, and legal documentation with advisors and stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging trends across Consumer, Technology and Healthcare sectors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President - Investments should have:

  • 7-9+ years of experience in growth equity or venture capital
  • Education - Should have completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in India
  • Sector - Exposure to Consumer or Healthcare preferred
  • Proven track record of sourcing, leading, and closing growthstage deals.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills deep understanding of unit economics, valuation, and scalable business models.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
