InCred Capital is a fast-growing financial services platform with presence across Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Equity Research, PMS, and Alternative Investments, amongst others. As part of our growth journey, we are expanding our Investment Banking team covering both Advisory and ECM transactions.
We are looking to hire high-performing professionals at the following level:
VP
- MBAs from top-tier institutes / CAs with strong academic and extracurricular credentials
- 5-8 years of experience in mid- to senior-level Investment Banking coverage role at a leading Indian or global bank
- Deep domain expertise in one or more sectors such as Technology, Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Industrials
- Proven track record of deal closures with end-to-end deal origination and/or execution, particularly in the last 3 years
- Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Prior experience in leading and mentoring teams of Analysts and Associates
- Client management and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial modelling, collateral preparation, and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong drive for growth and continuous learning
