Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - HR Operations
In this role, the Global Operating Leader (GOL) will be accountable for leading a large team to run overall process quality and exceed customer expectation in delivering quality service, business partnership, and digital transformation. The GOL will act as the first point of business contact for client, will be responsible for measuring operation and transformation performance with metrics to drive transparency, accountability, and business service agreement adherence. Partnering with Transformation leaders and Relationship Management team, the GOL will lead business priority alignment, connect process thread, and drive the execution of agreed transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Process responsibility
. Responsible to lead Large scale HR operations across HR processes including Talent Acquisition & Mobility Digital Employee Experience Talent Development, Performance administration, total rewards admin, mass restructuring process and HR analytics
. Be Technology Savvy, to work with solutions & transformation teams to drive viable tech solutions, driving Operating efficiency
. Front ending the clients, the candidate should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and be able to design & deliver solutions
. Will be required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure bestin class implementations / streamline operations
. Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state.
. Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
. Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.
. Partner with service line leaders and regional leadership to ensure service quality adherence and accountability to respective business service agreement
. Be the First point of contact for business escalation
. Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization.
. Accountable to operation run metrics, process health measurement, and business review process
. Ability to partner with cross functional teams to drive improvements and change management Governance
. An Accountable to drive seamless process hands off. Provide visibility of silos defect, hands off defect, develop solution, and drive outcome
. Solve defect analytics and solution at the source.
. Responsible for respective business sub process metrics, business reviews, closing issue log, effort suckers, and transformation metrics. Work with process, business, and enabling teams to drive a sustainable operating mechanism.
. Drive an effective multi-tiered governance mechanism to effectively build trust via operations and develop on existing perception with decision makers address tactical and strategic governance
Business relationship management
. Accountable for insight on existing landscape and potential growth areas
. Driving positive NPS score. Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews for the respective functions
. Maintain and build strategic relationship with Segment & Sub-segment CXOs and Global Controllers
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor%27s /master's degree with relevant years related work experience
.Relevant years of related work experience in operations in an outsourced environment of HRO domain and in-depth end to end process knowledge .
.Proven experience in leading large-scale transitions of new processes in operations. Strong understanding of the banking industry.
.Demonstrated competence in managing various HR operations for functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support center, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes.
.Good understanding of different HR Processes and platforms SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
.Excellent communication and influencing skills.
.Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Strong expertise in HR Operations (Talent Acquisition & Mobility Talent Development, employee data management, HR Helpdesk, performance management, compensation & benefits, performance administration, HR analytics, etc.)
. Ability to lead and build teams and build multiple internal partners.
. Ability to build client partnership and work in cross functional teams
. Experience of working with Banking and Shared Service organizations
. Growth and results focused leader with strong experience in the HR operations space
. Continuously assess and upgrade systems to enhance functionality and user experience
. Excellent soft skills to deal with sensitive employee grievances or relations.
. Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality certification
