Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Recruitment & Staffing to lead and drive our recruitment and staffing business across PAN India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruitment operations, staffing solutions, business development, client management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall recruitment and staffing business across PAN India and Middle East markets.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
• Drive new client acquisition, key account management, and business expansion.
• Oversee permanent recruitment, contract staffing, temporary staffing, and workforce solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, delivery, compliance, and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop large recruitment and business development teams.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence across key industries and geographies.
• Ensure achievement of business targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish organizational goals, budgets, and growth plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, or workforce solutions.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations.
• Proven experience handling PAN India and Middle East markets.
• Strong exposure to business development, client acquisition, and P&L management.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of permanent hiring, contract staffing, and workforce solutions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong network of corporate clients and industry contacts across relevant markets.
