Lead Global Operations: Manage 5000+ person global delivery teams across AML, Fraud, and dispute operations for major banking clients

Drive Business Growth: Own P&L responsibility while expanding client relationships and revenue streams

Client Leadership: Build C-suite relationships and strategic partnerships with banking and financial institution leaders

Operational Excellence: Deliver surprise-free operations with focus on profitability, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction

Global Team Building: Hire and manage talent across North America, Europe, and Australia delivery centers

Innovation Leadership: Evangelize scalable solutions and strengthen digital transformation in Financial Crimes domain

What You Bring:

Proven Scale Experience: Track record running large-scale Financial Crime operations (AML, KYC, Fraud) with 5000+ global teams

Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, international sanctions, and compliance across major economies

Technology Acumen: Experience implementing RPA/digital solutions in financial crime operations

Leadership Excellence: Ability to lead diverse, global teams in matrix reporting environments
