About The Team & Business Line
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in excellent client service.
As a valuable member of our Finance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, applicable tax & other regulations for both the India entities (Pvt Ltd & LLP)
- Prepare Annual financials & support statutory audits, tax audits
- Manage month end and year end closing processes including Journal entries, accruals & provisions ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables as per SLA and on time book close, variance analysis, month end commentary, Cash flow forecast, etc
- Support effective management of funds & treasury operations
- Plan dividend payouts & profit repatriations
- Review Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with Standard accounting practices & Citco Policies
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income tax & SEZ regulations
- Support and complete internal/external audit requests with Deloitte
- Build & maintain regular contact with local & onshore stakeholders across Citco offices
- Maintain & generate standard monthly dashboards around KPI's
Qualifications
About You:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Preferred Diploma in IFRS or working knowledge of IFRS.
- 12-14 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service center, Multi location organization
- 2-3 Years experience of leading a small team of finance professionals
- Strong knowledge of Indian AS, tax laws and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of SEZ regulations & compliance is desired
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex accounting processes
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be preferable.
