The Role

As VP Finance, you will be a critical driver of the Company's financial strategy and transformation. You will lead the Accounting function across geographies, as well as the effort in making the Company IPO-ready, take ownership of investor relations, and play a strategic role in evaluating and executing M&A opportunities. Your leadership will ensure the financial strength, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting in India as well as US, Singapore, Europe and South America- hands-on understanding Global and Accounting standards, as well as taxation and transfer pricing are crucial to this job
• Oversee global financial operations: planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, and risk
• Ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions (India, USA) with strong governance structures.
• Hands on understanding of SAP and its financial/accounting modules is a must have skill
• Lead end-to-end IPO readiness including financial audits, disclosures, and market positioning.
• Build and manage robust investor relations strategies to enhance market confidence.
• Drive and support M&A planning, valuation, and integration activities.
• Leverage technologies like AI and blockchain to enhance decision-making and data accuracy is a definite plus
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with innovation and business goals.

What We are Looking For

• 15+ years of senior financial leadership in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in international finance in a listed company, IPO process, investor relations, M&A & treasury function
• CA certification required; additional CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset, hands-on leadership, and strategic agility.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and empower global finance teams.
