Hiring: Vice President – Business Finance | Cash Business Unit

We are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.
• Own revenue management and revenue assurance, ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
• Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.
• Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance.
• Strong experience in P&L management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management.
• Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
