About The Role
Fablab Engineering India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Vice President EPC Turnkey Solutions to lead and manage end-to-end execution of turnkey projects in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves overseeing HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, machinery, and utility installations while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EPC turnkey projects for pharmaceutical clients
- Oversee project planning, execution, and commissioning activities
- Handle HVAC and cleanroom projects ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO standards)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Drive project engineering excellence and operational efficiency
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Supervise installation and commissioning of machinery and utility systems
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Turnkey Projects EPC Execution
- Expertise in Pharma Projects (cleanrooms, HVAC systems)
- Hands-on experience in Project Management Project Engineering
- Knowledge of Project Commissioning and validation processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E. Mechanical with relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in handling pharmaceutical EPC projects
- Strong understanding of cleanroom design, HVAC systems, and utilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
