Softcell Technologies Global is seeking a senior leader to head a strategic enterprise infrastructure platform practice. The role focuses on driving growth, execution excellence, and customer outcomes across large enterprise and regulated accounts.
This position requires a strong blend of technical depth, customer-facing leadership, and operational ownership, working closely with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own and grow a core enterprise platform practice, with responsibility across:
- Sales enablement and solution positioning
- Pre-sales architecture and technical governance
- Delivery readiness, operations, and execution quality
2. Engage directly with enterprise customers to:
- Understand infrastructure, security, and performance needs
- Design scalable and secure platform architectures
- Support long-term transformation initiatives
3. Provide leadership across enterprise platform domains, including:
- Compute and infrastructure platforms
- Security, identity, and access fundamentals
- Networking, connectivity, and performance optimisation
4. Work closely with OEMs and ecosystem partners to:
- Drive joint planning and execution
- Align roadmaps and solution direction
- Strengthen partner confidence and account presence
5. Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across:
- Field and inside sales
- Pre-sales and solution engineering
- Operations and post-sales support
Technology expectations
1. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture:
- Compute, networking, and security fundamentals
- Platform lifecycle management and governance
- Integration with enterprise IT environments
2. Working knowledge of modern compute concepts:
- CPU, GPU, accelerator-based architectures
- Performance, efficiency, and workload placement
- Emerging execution models for data-intensive workloads
3. Awareness of AI/ML and next-generation workloads:
- Inference vs training models
- Edge and on-prem execution patterns
- Infrastructure considerations for AI-enabled applications
Experience & Profile
- Electronics / Computer Engineer (preferably with MBA); strong technical acumen
- 1520+ years in enterprise infrastructure, platforms, or systems integration
- Prior experience leading multi-disciplinary sales / business teams
- Strong customer engagement and executive communication skills
- Comfortable working across sales, technical, and operational functions
- Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style
Location: India (base location flexible; travel required)
