Job Summary: Head of Enterprise sales

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1015 Years

we are seeking a Head Merchant to lead our Enterprise Sales and Business growth. You will drive the adoption of our InstaCred 360 suite across major marketplaces and enterprise merchants in sectors like Edtech, Travel, and Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Leadership: Own aggressive revenue targets and lead a high-performance, metrics-driven sales team.
  • GTM Strategy: Develop vertical-specific market plans and identify new monetization opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and close complex distribution and licensing deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align our roadmap with merchant needs.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: 1015 years in Enterprise Commerce and Merchant Acquiring.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale fintech partnerships and affordability solutions.
  • Proven ability to whiteboard technical solutions for enterprise clients.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree.
