About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned finance leader with strong experience across financial planning, controllership, business finance, and strategic decision-making. The role requires partnering with business leaders to drive growth, optimize financial performance, and build scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide strategic inputs to leadership for business growth and profitability. Drive financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Business Finance and Partnering: Act as a finance business partner to key stakeholders. Support revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement. Deliver actionable insights through data analytics.
• Controllership and Governance: Ensure robust financial controls and compliance frameworks. Oversee accounting, audits, and statutory requirements. Manage risk, internal controls, and governance practices.
• Process and Efficiency: Streamline finance processes across revenue, collections, payables, and treasury. Drive automation and scalability of finance operations.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor finance teams. Align team goals with organizational objectives. Foster a culture of accountability and performance.
