Project Management

Planning, prioritizing, and overseeing data science projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.

Technical Expertise

Developing and implementing machine learning models, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques to solve business problems.

Data Modeling And Analysis

Analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and extracting insights to inform decision-making.

Innovation

Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

Ethical Data Practices

Ensuring that data science projects are conducted ethically and responsibly

Qualification & Experience: BE, B Tech, M Tech, MCA or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead a Team of 5+ Data Scientist
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to analyze business problems, understand data and related potential solutions
Collaborate with various Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders across Bank
Results oriented willingness to commit to delivery and take charge
Comfortable working in a large organization with broad set of stakeholders across various functions
Curious, self-motivated and interested in an accelerated learning curve
Prior hands on experience in Credit Risk area for at least 4+ years
Having worked on different types of Banking Use cases.

Must-haves
