The program emphasizes hands-on learning through real-time projects and industry-based mentoring, while also providing internship opportunities and placement support through a network of 300+ hiring partners. About the Role:

The Vice President Corporate Relations will be responsible for driving and expanding FACE Prep's corporate outreach and strengthening partnerships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and industry networks. This role focuses on creating strategic relationships with organizations to facilitate student placements, internships, and industry-integrated learning opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder, have deep industry connections, and possess the ability to create impactful hiring pipelines for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and manage strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers across multiple industries and regions.
  • Secure recruitment partnerships, placement drives, and internship opportunities for FACE Prep students.
  • Develop long-term employer engagement plans to ensure consistent hiring pipelines.
  • Identify industry hiring trends and align opportunities with student talent pools.
  • Lead corporate outreach strategies including corporate visits, networking events, job fairs,

and recruiter meet ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (training, career services, and student success) to ensure

talent readiness aligned with employer expectations.

  • Represent FACE Prep at corporate events, industry conferences, and HR associations.
  • Establish partnerships for value-added services such as mock interviews, mentorship

programs, and employer-led workshops.

  • Monitor placement metrics, generate reports, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Mentor and guide the corporate relations team to enhance productivity and relationship

depth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate relations, recruitment, HR business partnering, or
  • campus hiring.
  • Proven network and relationships with corporate HR leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and represent the organization at a leadership
  • level.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to convert networking into tangible business outcomes.
  • Passion for education, student development, and talent enablement.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in EdTech, Training, Talent Acquisition, or Placement Operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
