Bachelors/ master's degree/ MBA or relevant professional qualification would be advantageous. 7-9 years of total work experience required Proven experience as a Product Owner in financial services, ideally in a regulatory or control environment. Strong understanding of financial markets and trading functions (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange). Good grasp of workflow automation tools, dashboarding, and alerting mechanisms. Proven capability to operate autonomously and make sound decisions without supervisory input. Strong IT aptitude comfortable with data flows, process automation, and system integration concepts. Ability to analyze complex regulatory control requirements and translate them into product features. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Capabilities to visualize system architecture holistically and work towards org technologies standards architecture.
