Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President Compliance based in Mumbai. The Vice President Compliance will lead and oversee all aspects of compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, managing risk assessment processes, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure a strong culture of integrity and ethical governance. The role also involves staying updated with regulatory changes and establishing strategies to address risks and strengthen compliance frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance.
  • Strong skills in developing compliance strategies, performing audits, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and implement ethical operational standards.
  • Exceptional knowledge of local regulations and international compliance practices.
  • Proven success in leadership roles that involve strategic decision-making and oversight responsibilities.
  • Advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRMA, or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
