- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the B2C business development function of FYLS – Founding Years Learning Solutions (KLAY).
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual B2C business development plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the B2C sales team across different regions in India.
- Set vision, goals, and sales growth targets for the B2C function and ensure accountability for achieving revenue objectives.
- Drive new customer acquisition, lead conversion, and enhance the initial customer experience.
- Provide coaching, functional guidance, and performance management for the regional business teams.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product refinement and strategic planning.
- Ensure smooth coordination with support functions and leadership teams to achieve enterprise-wide objectives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and optimize sales channels to maximize B2C revenue.
Education / Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation with MBA is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in business revenue functions, including at least 3 years leading a PAN-India B2C function.
- Experience in the child day-care industry or medium-format retail/service industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, dispersed business networks in medium to large organizations.
