Job Description

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the APAC region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and client satisfaction.

People Management:

  • Oversee and mentor a diverse, high-performing team across multiple locations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement talent development and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and refine business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the region.

Client Relations:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Provide tailored HR solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.

Profit and Loss Management:

  • Manage the financial performance of the APAC region, focusing on profitability, cost control, and operational effectiveness.

Branch Development:

  • Lead the expansion and development of new branches across APAC in line with strategic business objectives.

New Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Formulate strategies for successful market entry and business growth in new geographies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the human resource industry, with in-depth knowledge of HR consulting, manpower supply, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
  • Proven expertise in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management solutions.
  • Strong track record in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership.
  • Ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive regional profitability.
  • Experience in branch expansion and new market penetration strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and leadership capabilities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR services industry, preferably with exposure to the APAC region
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and multiple business units
