Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Leader to drive AI initiatives at Intellect Design Arena. The role requires a strong technical background in AI along with hands-on engineering experience in Java-based systems. You will lead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy, design, and implementation across products
- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI into existing systems
- Stay hands-on and guide teams on development best practices
- Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards
- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Required Skills
- 18+ years of overall experience with 2–3 years in AI leadership roles
- Strong experience in AI/ML
- Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring
- Experience in building and deploying AI-based applications
- Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions
Good to Have
- Experience in the Insurance domain
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern AI ecosystems
