4. Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on AI Engineering leader to:
- Co-lead a 50+ member software engineering team along with our Senior Vice
- President - Technology Services
- Architect and deliver AI-first healthcare platforms
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development (Claude, LLMs, automation tools)
- Transform the software division into a modern AI-powered engineering
- organization
This role requires a strong on-site presence in Bengaluru and deep expertise in both:
• AI/ML systems (especially LLM-based solutions)
• Scalable enterprise software delivery
5. Key Responsibilities
a. AI Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute the company's AI roadmap across:
- Medical scribing automation
- AI-assisted medical coding
- Virtual medical office solution (VMOS) platforms
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Build LLM-powered solutions using tools like Claude and similar platforms
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
b. Engineering Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a 70+ engineering team
- Establish strong engineering practices, coding standards, and delivery

c. AI Adoption & Training
- Train and enable engineering teams to:

d. Product & Platform Development
- Architect and oversee development of:
- AI medical scribing platforms
- Clinical NLP systems

- VMOS platforms
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards (HIPAA, etc.)
e. Operational Excellence
- Transition from remote inefficiencies to high-performance on-site delivery
- Improve:
- Productivity
- Turnaround time
- Quality metrics
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards
f. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Executive leadership
- SMEs in each of the operational segments based out of India and US
- offices
- Leader in Virtual Medical Office Solutions

6. Key Requirements
Experience:
- 12–20+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based systems
- Proven experience managing large engineering teams (50+)
- Experience in healthcare IT / RCM / clinical systems
7. Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI coding assistants (Claude, GPT, etc.)
- Python, Java, or modern backend stacks
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with:
- NLP, speech-to-text, clinical data processing
- API architecture & microservices
- DevOps and automation pipelines
