DineshGahlot.com is hiring a rare hybrid: someone who can think like a product manager and build like a vibe coder. You'll decide what to build and then actually build it — across multiple businesses and product lines.
Most PMs write specs and hand them off. Most coders wait for specs. You do neither. You spot the opportunity, scope it down to what matters, open Cursor or Claude Code, and ship it. Then you measure, learn, and do it again.
What you'll do
- Own product decisions across multiple projects — identify what to build, what to skip, and what to kill
- Build and ship the products yourself using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Replit Agent, v0, Bolt, and whatever's next)
- Talk to users, analyze data, and translate messy real-world problems into clean product solutions
- Prioritize ruthlessly — you'll always have more ideas than time, and that's the point
- Set success metrics, track them, and course-correct without waiting for a quarterly review
- Coordinate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders when projects scale beyond solo execution
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of combined experience in product management and software development (can be overlapping — we care about the skill set, not the title history)
- Proven ability to ship products, not just plan them — show us things that are live and working
- Deep fluency with AI coding tools — you use them daily, not experimentally
- Strong product instincts: you understand users, markets, and the difference between a feature and a product
- Full-stack technical ability: React/Next.js, Node.js or Python, APIs, databases — enough to build and deploy independently
- Clear written and verbal communication — you'll need to explain product decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort with ownership and ambiguity — there's no VP of Product handing you a roadmap
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, API products, or developer tools
- Background in growth, analytics, or data-driven product iteration
- Track record of 0-to-1 product launches (startup experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with modern stacks: Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, etc.
Details
- Remote — work from anywhere
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
- You'll work across multiple businesses — high variety, high ownership, zero monotony
Application is via a short form (link below). It takes 20–30 minutes — we use it instead of a CV because what you've shipped matters more than where you've worked.
