Arena Animation Gurgaon established in 1997, is Haryana's oldest creative institute training students in Animation, VFX, Motion Graphics, UI/UX and more. We focus on practical, industry-ready skills and strong placement support.

Role Summary:

Teach hands-on VFX & compositing courses, mentor students and prepare students for real-world VFX workflows. You'll translate studio techniques into classroom-friendly lessons while motivating learners with diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and lab sessions on Nuke, Mocha, After Effects and related tools.

Demonstrate compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, keying, paint and finishing workflows.

Mentor students on demo reels, portfolio building, and industry best practices.

Assess student progress, give constructive feedback, and run remedial sessions.

Must-have Skills & Experience:

25 years working as a VFX compositor / trainer / artist (studio or training institute).

Hands-on experience with Nuke, Mocha, Houdini, Silhouette and Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of tracking, roto, keying, color correction, and compositing pipelines.

Clear, patient communicator and a motivating teacher.

Preferred:

Experience preparing students for placements / demo reels.

Exposure to real production pipelines and VFX studio workflows.
