• We are looking for a passionate and proactive VFX Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad and support our growing VFX hiring requirements.
• Role Overview
• The VFX Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various creative and technical roles within the VFX division.
• The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within VFX, Animation, Gaming, Media & Entertainment, or other creative/technical industries, with a good understanding of sourcing strategies and artist hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for VFX, creative, technical, and production roles.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and showreels based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and VFX teams.
• Recruit for roles across **FX, Compositing, Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, Animation, Matchmove, Roto, Paint, Production
