VFX Line Producer

Line Producer – Mumbai

Midas VFX is looking for an experienced Line Producer to join our Mumbai studio.

Working closely with our Supervisors, Producers, Department Leads, and London management team, you will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, and project delivery across high-end film and television productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, and artist allocations across multiple productions.

• Monitor project progress and identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource challenges.

• Work closely with Supervisors and Department Leads to ensure projects remain on schedule and budget.

• Track scope changes, staffing requirements, and project performance.

• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Studio Management teams.

• Produce regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

• Support forecasting, recruitment planning, and studio capacity management.

• Help drive efficient workflows and production best practices.

• Collaborate daily with teams in both Mumbai and London.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Producer, Senior Production Manager, or similar role within VFX, animation, or post-production.

• Strong understanding of VFX production workflows.

• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects and artist teams simultaneously.

• Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working directly with UK-based management and international clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
