VFX Artist/Animator

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage and optimize VFX assets
Collaborate with other team members to understand requirements and deliver projects
Optimize VFX effects to fit design and technical constraints
Maintain and adhere to a consistent art style as required by creative director or project lead
Provide creative and technical assistance
Develop, update and optimize workflows and tool chains
Cultivate an organized and disciplined workflow

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of experience with VFX work in a similar position and a balanced portfolio. Although students can apply for internship.
Extensive knowledge of 3DS Max, Maya, Houdini, After Effects or other VFX authoring packages
A cultivated aesthetic sense and an eye for detail
Familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray
Technical knowledge and expertise in creating visual effects and rendering pipelines
Ability to interpret and transform abstract ideas into compelling motion graphic stores and effects
Experience and knowledge of animation techniques
A high level of comfort with scripting tools
Ability to accept feedback and implement suggestions
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines

Training:

Rigorous training will be provided
Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation And Benefits:

Base salary starting from 30,000 INR/month to 70,000 INR/month (will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)
Working hours: 10 AM -7PM
Sunday holiday
You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)
You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice
Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor's note
