The VFX 3D Camera Tracking Artist will be responsible for seamlessly integrating computer-generated imagery into live-action footage by performing camera tracking using industry-grade tools. Day-to-day tasks will include creating precise camera and object tracks, solving complex tracking challenges, collaborating with the compositing and 3D teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. This position is offered as a contract role and is based on-site at our Hosur location.

• Strong skills in 3D Camera Tracking and Object Tracking using software such as PFTrack, 3DEqualizer, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of matchmoving workflows and proficiency in handling both static and dynamic scenes.
• Understanding of camera optics, scene layout, and visual film principles for accurate tracking.
• Basic proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender for integration with VFX pipelines.
• Experience in compositing software like Nuke or After Effects is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant coursework or certifications in visual effects, computer graphics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in visual effects, commercials, or filmmaking is a plus but not mandatory.
