Must Haves :

1+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of work across mobile and web platforms
A solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
Experience working in fast-paced, agile, or startup environments
Demonstrated expertise in interaction design, animation, and motion tools (Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
Strong communication skills you can explain your ideas clearly and defend your decisions gracefully

Your Day

Design and refine high-quality user interfaces across mobile apps and web dashboards
Create seamless micro-interactions and micro-animations that enhance usability and user delight
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders from idea to execution
Translate user needs and business goals into elegant, intuitive experiences
Conduct design testing, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions quickly
Bring energy, passion, and design thinking into product discussions
