This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Assistant at Petyaari Pet Clinic located in Hyderabad. The Veterinary Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in pet care, assisting veterinarians during procedures, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the animals, maintaining clinic cleanliness, and educating clients on proper pet care. The role also involves assisting with customer service tasks such as scheduling appointments and addressing client inquiries.

• Experience in Animal Care and Pet Care, including handling animals with compassion and ensuring their safety and well-being
• Client Education and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and address their concerns
• Basic knowledge of Veterinary Medicine and the ability to assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to hygiene and cleanliness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the team and clients
• Relevant certifications in veterinary assisting or animal care are a plus
• Fluency in applicable languages, including Telugu and English, is an advantage
