- A Recovery Home (80+ dogs, expanding)
- A Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic focused on trauma care, infections, sterilisation, and preventive care

- Prescribe treatments responsibly, keeping antibiotic stewardship in mind
Rescue & Recovery Support
- Guide the rescue team during critical cases and emergencies
- Participate in treatment planning for long-term recovery cases
- Help decide when an animal is ready for release, adoption, or continued care
Communication & Team Coordination (Very Important)
- Clearly explain diagnoses, risks, and treatment plans to the team
- Be open to discussion, second opinions, and collaborative decision-making
- Communicate limitations honestly we value truth over ego
- Occasionally help explain medical conditions to donors or supporters (with support from the team)
Ethical & Value Alignment
- Treat every animal with dignity, patience, and respect
- Understand the realities of street animals and welfare medicine
- Be aligned with non-violent, lawful, and compassionate approaches

- Autonomy and respect for your medical judgement
- A team that communicates openly and supports each other
- Scope to help shape systems as we grow (clinic + recovery home)
