Are you a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer looking to come ashore as a Vessel Manager to oversee tanker vessels

Key duties include:
- Ensuring timely completion of statutory and class surveys
- Arranging all technical repairs, calibrations, and safety services according to the planned schedule
- Working closely with onboard staff to uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards, minimizing downtime
- Conducting regular vessel inspections and audits per SIRE/TMSA guidelines to identify issues and improvement areas
- Performing audits of assigned vessels and undertaking a minimum of one sailing visit per vessel per year
- Planning and coordinating vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry-dockings
- Ensuring adherence to the company's Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and providing technical support as needed
- Monitoring and enhancing vessel performance, operational efficiency, and CII ratings
- Managing vessel budgets and monitoring maintenance expenditures
- Reviewing ship reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and maintaining proper documentation in PMS/SharePoint/company archives
- Conducting pre-purchase inspections and overseeing vessel takeovers
- Attending yard delivery sea trials and ensuring all findings are addressed
- Managing guarantee claims with shipyards and manufacturers
- Participating in company-assigned projects
- Mentoring and supporting Technical Superintendents, Technical Executives, and Purchasing personnel
- Evaluating and appraising senior onboard personnel and monitoring their performance
- Supporting crew selection and monitoring individual KPIs
