Role-Vessel Fleet Performance Manager(Technical Superintendent,Master Mariner)
Location- Pune
CTC - Competitive Salary(Decent hike on Current CTC )

We are looking for a Vessel Fleet Performance Manager having strong maritime operational experience, a data focused mindset, and a drive to improve fleet efficiency and support sustainable shipping. The role involves assessing vessel performance, generating insights, and advising on ways to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess vessel fleet performance
• Conduct detailed reviews covering emissions, fuel efficiency, speed profiles, engine utilization, and weather routing
• Provide actionable insights and performance improvement plans
• Lead discussions on vessel performance, voyage planning, charter party compliance, and emission reduction strategies
• Review and maintain technical documentation including EEDI, EEXI, NOx, SEEMP, and related records
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve data accuracy and platform features
• Ensure compliance with IMO DCS, CII, EU ETS, and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present performance dashboards, monthly reports, and benchmarking studies
• Support onboarding of new vessels and assist with data integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical performance queries
Qualifications and Experience:
• Technical Superintendent,Master Mariner with sailing and shore-based experience
• Minimum of 5 years in vessel performance, marine operations, or technical management
• Strong knowledge of vessel machinery, fuel consumption, and hydrodynamics
• Experience with performance analytics platforms or maritime IoT systems is preferred
• Understanding of MARPOL, SEEMP, EEOI, CII, and EU MRV frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with BI tools, Python, or data analytics is a plus
• Ability to manage and develop multiple teams
