Role: Vertical Lead – Builder Vertical

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site

CTC Range: ₹5–6 LPA + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

The Vertical Lead – Builder Vertical will be responsible for driving business growth within the real estate developer segment by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and converting projects into revenue. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role requiring strong field presence and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and approach builders, developers, and contractors for project opportunities
  • Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders/projects
  • Own the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure

2. Builder & Project Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with builder teams, site engineers, and procurement stakeholders
  • Ensure repeat business through continuous engagement and follow-ups
  • Stay actively involved in ongoing and upcoming projects

3. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, execution) to align on client requirements
  • Ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams
  • Support timely delivery and client satisfaction

4. Market Mapping & Opportunity Tracking

  • Track new construction projects and builder activity in and around Noida
  • Maintain a structured database of prospects and active clients
  • Identify high-potential areas and projects for business growth

5. Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain a strong and updated sales pipeline
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
Key Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B / project sales
  • Exposure to builder/developer ecosystem preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-driven role
  • High ownership and result-oriented mindset

    • Monthly revenue achievement
    • Number of builder accounts onboarded
    • Lead-to-closure conversion rate
    • Repeat business from clients
    • Pipeline strength and consistency
