Job Title : Vertex Digital Product & Implementation Manager
Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
Experience : 8-15 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- Experience in product management, implementation, or tax technology.
- Hands-on experience with Vertex solutions (Vertex O Series, Vertex Cloud, etc.).
- Experience integrating tax engines with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Proven project management experience (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of indirect tax processes (VAT, GST, Sales & Use Tax).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
- Own and manage the lifecycle of Vertex digital products and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into product features and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, tax, and compliance teams to prioritize enhancements.
- Drive product roadmap planning aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Vertex solutions (e.g., tax engine integrations, cloud deployments).
- Define implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Understand the Vertex product suite, tax determination logic, and compliance requirements.
- Support configuration, testing, and validation of tax rules and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated on tax technology trends and Vertex product updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
