Job Summary
The Vertex AI Support Personnel will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for Vertex AI, ensuring the efficient operation and optimisation of machine learning models and workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of Vertex AI, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Vertex AI, addressing and resolving technical issues related to machine learning models, pipelines, and deployments.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand their requirements and provide solutions to enhance their experience with Vertex AI.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Work closely with the development and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Monitor the performance of Vertex AI models and pipelines, conducting regular maintenance and optimisation to ensure optimal functionality.
Document support processes and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common issues and resolutions.
Assist in training and onboarding new users to Vertex AI, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in providing support for Vertex AI or similar machine learning platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on machine learning and data science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, or other relevant machine learning frameworks.
