Job Summary

We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a skilled Engineer – V&V with experience in automotive electronics to join our engineering team. The role involves leading verification and validation activities for embedded and IoT products, developing automated test solutions, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and utilities for Test bench

• Design comprehensive test cases and schemas to ensure thorough coverage of product functionality

• Test execution and bug reporting and its monitoring.

• Test report generation and maintenance

• Working on appropriate tools and methodologies to optimize test development and execution.

• Document generation as per PDP process.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of test systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manual and automated test setups.

• Proficient in Python scripting for test automation.

• Working knowledge of LabVIEW and Python for test development and automation.

• Knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT.

• Solid understanding of embedded systems and validation requirements.

• Familiarity with IoT technologies including 4G, 5G, BLE, and Wi-Fi.

• Good understanding of communication protocols: CAN, TCP/IP, RS-485, HTTP, MQTT, UDS.

• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / EnTC / Instrumentation Engineering.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in embedded testing, validation, or automotive electronics.
