Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead SoC Verification Engineer to drive end-to-end verification of complex CPU subsystems in cutting-edge SoC designs. You will play a critical role in shaping verification strategy, building scalable environments, and ensuring first-silicon success for high-performance silicon.

What You'll Do

• Lead verification of CPU subsystems (cores, cache, interconnect, memory hierarchy)
• Architect and develop scalable verification environments using SystemVerilog & UVM
• Own test planning, coverage closure, and debug strategy
• Drive end-to-end verification flows from block to SoC level
• Work closely with RTL, architecture, and physical design teams
• Develop and integrate checkers, scoreboards, assertions, and coverage models
• Debug complex issues across simulation, emulation, and silicon bring-up
• Mentor junior engineers and drive verification best practices

Must-Have Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in SoC/Subsystem Verification
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM
• Hands-on experience verifying CPU subsystems / processors
• Solid understanding of:
• Cache coherency
• Memory hierarchy
• Interconnects (AXI/AHB/NoC)
• Experience with coverage-driven verification methodologies
• Strong debugging skills across large SoC environments

Good to Have

• Experience with high-speed protocols such as:
• PCIe / CXL
• DDR / LPDDR
• Ethernet
• Exposure to emulation / FPGA prototyping
• Knowledge of performance verification / power-aware verification
• Experience with scripting (Python/Perl/Shell)
