Role Overview
We are seeking a Verification & Integration Engineer with strong experience in Optical Line
Terminal (OLT) and Optical Network Terminal (ONT) systems. The role involves conformance,
functional, integration, and end-to-end network testing to ensure seamless deployment and
compliance with telecom standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute verification and integration activities for OLT/ONT systems.
- Perform conformance, functional, integration, and end-to-end network testing.
- Validate compliance with telecom standards and OEM specifications.
- Collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Support integration of OLT/ONT systems into broader network architectures.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of hardware/software integration problems.
- Prepare detailed test cases, reports, and documentation for certification processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
- 3–6 years of experience in telecom product verification and integration.
- Hands-on experience with OLT/ONT systems from global OEMs.
- Strong knowledge of GPON, XGS-PON, Ethernet, and related protocols.
- Experience with test equipment (traffic generators, protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecom certification and compliance testing.
- Exposure to automation frameworks for system verification.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
