Ciphercode is looking for a Supply Chain & WMS Product Intern to help us test, benchmark and strengthen our warehouse and supply chain capabilities as part of our Verifiable Digital Identity Infrastructure for Physical Products.

This is not a conventional software testing internship. We are looking for someone who understands how supply chains and warehouses operate and can apply that domain knowledge to qualify an enterprise software product.

Responsibilities

• Understand and test Ciphercode's WMS and supply chain workflows against real-world warehouse operations.

• Validate receiving, put-away, bin/location management, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stock-transfer workflows.

• Test SKU, batch, lot and serial-level inventory movement and traceability scenarios.

• Create practical warehouse use cases, test scenarios and acceptance criteria based on industry requirements.

• Research and benchmark established WMS, ERP and supply chain platforms to understand market-standard capabilities and workflows.

• Identify functional gaps, usability issues and opportunities to improve Ciphercode's product.

• Translate supply chain and warehouse requirements into structured recommendations for product and engineering teams.

• Explore emerging practices in warehouse automation, barcode/QR/RFID, product identification, traceability and digital supply chains.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, PG Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Management or a closely related discipline.

• Good understanding of inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution and order-fulfilment processes.

• Ability to think through operational scenarios and critically evaluate how software supports them.

• Strong research, analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or other ERP/WMS platforms is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Academic projects or practical exposure involving warehouses, logistics, inventory management or supply chain technology will be preferred.
