VEP - EE Key Responsibilities
- EE Industrialisation Pilot - Analyze the EE failures on Harness, ECU, Software etc and pilot thier resolution.
- Manage and maintain the ECU HW, SW, Calibration and Configuration for new projects.
- Manage weekly meeting to report all the EE issues and check countermeasure progress status with EE Stakeholders(Architect, Designers, Project management, VQA, Facility etc)
- Maintain the vehicle simulation bench - Plan and procure the components, software required for new models.
- Study the capability of VEP/EOL facility and Coordinate the changes for new models.
- Train line operators of the plant to perform 1st level EE failure analysis.
- Create checksheet based on the Vehicle specification, System architecture, Process standard and Validate correct behavior of EE vehicle functions on pre production cars.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge about vehicle electrical diagnostics and Diag tools(CLIP, Consult, DDT2000, Scaners, CANALYZER)
- Strong Knowledge on communication protocols like CAN, K-line, UDS.
- Experience in Vehicle/ECU level Calibration, configuration and Software flashing using diag tools
- Experience in Vehicle EE problem solving, Ability to identify design issues is prefered.
- Ability to handle test devices/Measuring equipments like DAS, Oscilloscope, CANALYZER, Recorder
- Knowledge about CAN message intrepritation(CAN Database)
- Experience in HIL testing, Test bench creation, Vehicle simulation bench etc.
- Experience in Installation of EOL facilty
- Experience in maintaining the EOL server and manage the data flow
Experience: 5-7 Years
Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
