About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist to identify, coordinate, and build strong professional relationships with vendors and external partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage vendor interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential vendors and external partners.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors.

- Communicate with vendors to understand requirements and business needs.

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate information.

- Conduct business discussions and meetings with vendors when required.

- Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of vendor interactions.

- Track ongoing vendor requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet business requirements.

- Research and identify potential vendors and strategic partners.

- Monitor vendor-related activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good coordination and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate professionally with external vendors.
